The membership packet is required by each member and must be filled out and turned in along with the $40 dues each semester, including the summer semester if you plan on sailing over the summer.

Membership Packet (w/ Liability Form)

In order to accept a donation to the Club (e.g. a boat), the below two forms are required by the State of Texas, so that the Sailing Club can properly have the title transferred to our name. Please check the Donations page to make sure the Club is currently accepting donations AND have the donation approved by Kyle Tevlin, the Commodore.
